We take seriously our commitment to the puppies that we produce. We want to give them a solid foundation in their first few
weeks of life, in order to ensure that they will be able to not only pursue the activities they were originally developed
for, but also to become a valued and loved member of your family. We house raise our puppies both for their socialization
and to help imprint solid temperament responses as early as possible. Before leaving our home, puppies will be introduced
to paper training, crate training, riding in a vehicle, and basic grooming tasks in order to make them willing learners in
their new families.

Puppies are exposed to people young and old, other animals, loud noises, common household equipment and all types of items
they might encounter in their everyday life. To build strong bodies, puppies are provided both indoor and outdoor play areas
in order to develop their mental and physical motor skills. Small scale play equipment is provided to encourage their curiousity
and dexterity. Our goal is to expose our puppies to as many environments as we can arrange in their short stay with us.
Variety IS the spice of life!

We are very concerned about the roll that both food and vaccinations play in the health and development of our dogs. We start
our puppies out on a diet of homemade raw and natural meals, introducing them to a wide variety of foods. Although we encourage
those interested in our dogs to follow this naural diet principle, we do understand that not all homes will feel confident
in initiating a full raw diet. In order to accommodate this variable, at approximately 8 weeks old, we begin to supplement
the puppy diet with a natural ingredient kibble. Puppies will have visited our own veterinarian for their first health checks.
We vaccinate for Distemper and Parvovirus only, prior to the puppies departure, and will want to discuss with you the role
vaccination schedules play in the overall future health of our dogs.
